On 3rd of September Australia's most famous cricketer Matthew Hayden visited Brisbane to help promote raising the awareness of the effects of prostate cancer for the Australian Foundation of Prostate Cancer Research.

And when that barbie raises money to help fight prostate cancer – now that’s something worth getting together for.
Over 120,000 men in Australia are living with prostate cancer and 20,000 more are diagnosed annually. Every year, 3,300 of those men don’t survive.
Prostate cancer kills more men than breast cancer kills women, but awareness of the disease and its funding are tiny by comparison. That’s why we need you to host a fundraising barbecue this September with your friends, family or workmates.
